Frank Bütts has been practicing law in the State of California since his admission to the California Bar in December of 1995. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, he has enjoyed great success representing clients in personal injury and business litigation matters, as well as handling issues concerning business formation, bankruptcy, and estate planning.  Over
the course of his career, Mr. Bütts has achieved a number of significant
milestones. As an Associate with a well-known San Diego law firm, he successfully
defended a million dollar sexual harassment suit, obtained a $500,000 breach
of contract judgment, and reduced a client’s property tax assessment
with the City of San Francisco by 2.5 million dollars. In addition, he helped
develop the deferred compensation plan for a publicly traded lending institution.In August 1998, Mr. Bütts created the Law Office of Bütts & Associates, concentrating in the areas of business formation and litigation, bankruptcy, and estate planning. He currently serves as corporate counsel for several medium- to large-size corporations, the largest of which maintains a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. Mr. Bütts serves in an “Of Counsel” capacity to Geffen & Associates. |
